10/19/2008 Spouse of the Kuwaiti ambassador to Canada, Dr Fatma Al-khalifa, has affirmed necessity of interaction and coordination among spouses of diplomats, particularly the Arab ambassadors, for sake of serving multi-national cultural interaction. The Kuwaiti embassy in Ottawa said in a statement released on Saturday that Al-Khalifa made the affirmation at the annual reception, held by the society of wives of the ambassadors to Canada, where she also underscored necessity of boosting exchange of social and cultural expertise. Al-Khalifa, in the address she made on behalf of her fellow wives of the Arab ambassadors, praised their role in portraying the Arab women work and achievements. << Back to Embassy News and Events page |
