Kuwait’s Ambassador hosts a dinner in honour of the Ambassador of the U.A.E.
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
His Excellency Dr. Musaed Al-Haroun, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Canada, hosted a dinner in his official residence in Ottawa to honour His Excellency Hassan Al-Sowaidi, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, who is finishing his posting to Canada.
The reception was attended by Canada’s Speaker of the Senate, the Honourable Noël Kinsella, some ministers and members of the House of Commons and the Senate; political and economical dignitaries; and the Arab ambassadors accredited to Canada.
Dr. Al-Haroun praised Ambassador Al-Sowaidi’s efforts during his 8-year term in Canada and who has contributed to strengthening the Gulf-Canadian relations as well as the Arab-Canadian relations. Dr. Al-Haroun wished him good luck and success in his upcoming duties.
