3/28/2010 His Excellency Ali Alsammak, State of Kuwait’s new ambassador to Canada, has arrived to Ottawa on March 26th, 2010. Ambassador Alsammak was greeted at Ottawa International airport by His Excellency Robert Peck, Canada’s Chief of Protocol at the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Arab ambassadors and heads of missions, and the Kuwaiti diplomats in Canada. Canada’s Chief of Protocol welcomed Ambassador Alsammak and wished him all the best for his term in Canada. Ambassador Alsammak thanked Canada’s Chief of Protocol and Arab Ambassadors for their warm welcome, and expressed his strong desire to work with Canadian officials to further develop Kuwaiti-Canadian relationships. << Back to Embassy News and Events page |
