Types of Commercial Documents
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
The Embassy will legalize documents related to trade or business that are certified by either of the following:
Commercial Invoice – (Can $60.00) per document Certificate of Origin – (Can $90.00) per document Packing List – (Can $90.00) per document Other certificates – (Can $30.00) per document
1- All documents must be stamped by Canadian local chamber of commerce or Canadian board of trade
2- Original copies will be stamped and returned. Photocopies required for our files.
3- Prepaid FedEx waybill or Purolator, UPS, DHL or Express post. Envelope and Waybill must be enclosed inside for return. Clearly print your name, address, phone number and courier account number for return.
4- Fees must be paid by Canadian money order payable to The Embassy of Kuwait.
5- If submitting in person Canadian money order or exact change in cash.
6- If lodging documents in person to the Embassy this should be done between the hours 9:00a.m and 12:30p.m.You will be contacted once the documents are ready for pickup. |
